Our Founder
With over 15 years of experience in Community Services, I have built strong, lasting relationships with organisations dedicated to supporting clients. My extensive background as a Case Manager within non-profit organisations has given me the expertise to provide a personalised, person-centered approach to care. My experience extends from Disability Employment Services, Job Active program, to training and development, plan management, and extensive experience in coordinating services for clients.
I am passionate about assisting individuals in overcoming mental health challenges, managing psychosocial disabilities, and navigating complex care needs. My experience includes working with people who have various disabilities, including autism, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays and physical impairments. Connecting individuals with the necessary services has been a deeply rewarding aspect of my career. I am committed to continuous learning, expanding my knowledge, and enhancing my ability to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those I support.
As your Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach, I will help you navigate the NDIS, understand your plan, connect you with appropriate services, and ensure you receive the support needed to achieve your goals. I work closely with service providers to ensure high-quality care, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
With my background as a Case Manager and experience in Plan Management and Service Coordination, I will be with you every step of the way, working collaboratively to achieve your desired outcomes. I am dedicated to providing guidance, support, and expertise throughout your journey.
